Question about Nortel i2050
I have a problem concerning softphone i2050 :
After ACD agent login then after a few minute it suddenly log out. It is indicated that the softphone kind a hang and need to be restarted. This condition often happens and makes agents get annoyed causing ineffective work.
I have checked the pbx log and it's noted : "Soft reset : rudp retry exhausted, code : 2".
Are there any experts find the same problem and have solved, I am looking forward to read the review. Thanks for your attention.
