I am trying to find an owners manual for a craftsman mower Model No. 917270641

The wiring diagram would have been within the tractor's owner's manual. i was unable to pull up the specific manual for this tractor, but found one that was one revision later than this model. the model is 917.256561. the diagram will likely be close enough to refer to. it's on page 29.

First the model given is not a MTD it is Craftsman's AYP
There only four adjustments that can be made. Please refer to the owners manual page 21 for the instructions.

Go to http://www.searspartsdirect.com/ and enter your model from the serial number decal. From there download the owners manual.

Contact Craftsman directly online or by phone and they can get you another manual.
