    why should i pay for assistance for this service for a new product. I am very disappointed with this product and would not recommend for anyone to purchase this product. I have been transferred all overr the world since yesterday. I am going to file a report concernint this product and about the support system and Best Buy who sold me this. As i am typing this i have already been transfer twice and have been put on hold for over fiffteen min. This product sucks and so do the support system

All HP devices have a Vendor Identification (VID) of 03f0. The Product Identification (PID) is listed on the same line as the VID. For example, the correct key for the Photosmart 120 camera would be VID_03f0&PID_4002. The PID is unique for each USB device

So remove any thing which says VID_03F0 even VID_0000

Then Deleted the folders HP or Hewlett Packard from the programs folder

then instal the drivers from the CD

Printer stopped working


Hi,
Please check it power cable or power board, if power section ok or working.
Then check you printer connection or not.
Check printer cartridge shot or not detect.
Check it printer head, if header not working then not print coming.
Check it your printer driver installed or not, if installed may be some problems then your printer not working. So old driver delete or new driver installed.

If other issue please tell you.

Working printer will now not be detected windows xp


Do you have the correct XP driver for the Printer? If yes check that the cable that connects the printer to your system is not damaged. If you have another working system near by you can connect the printer to the system and confirm the printer is working. If the printer is still not working, the printer port may be bad either on the system or on the printer. In this case you need a technician to help you confirm which is the faulty one.

hhhmmm... maybe you have installed the drivers many times.. the printer shows more copies in the printer panel... you must delete those printers... because that will cause conflict ....

Printer A920 not working


Make sure the printer is not set to work offline by right clicking the printer under printers in your control panel. If that is not the case make sure that when you are trying to print the printer is setup as the default printer.
