I want to change cpu settings in bios i can get in but can't seem to change it

Why do you want to change CPU settings? Are you trying to overclock your processor? Packard Bell is a bottom of the line desktop (now owned by Acer) and I am sure they have no BIOS support for tweaking the CPU settings.

My windows mail is asking for user and password. Is there something I did not update with Bell south? I use the password we have but it does not work. My e-mail is ddfenton8

Links to help you resolve this problem here. and here.
BellSouth is your Internet Service provider (ISP), but your user name and password with windows mail are not necessarily the same as those you used with your isp.
Also make sure your user name includes the ISP, i.e. @bellsouth.net or whatever it is, and try not to give your address out in public forums online, or you're liable to get a lot of spam...

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

I have Bell South dial up. I cannot send email from wireless connections. I can receive

What error message do you get when trying to send email?
If you are using your PC on another ISP's wireless connection you will need to change your outgoing mail server from Bellsouth to whatever ISP you are on in order to send through their server.

I cannot open Bell South/AT&T

funny ...... giving your email when it don't work...

anyway on a more serious note ,

best bet ring up support of Bell South/AT&T they will run you through the settings to make sure they are correct, if you are inable to do this (for what ever reason ) restore your pc back to when it was last known to work

good luck
