First of all, what operating system, are you using? If you are trying to change the language into English you will have to find and download the correct language pack.
If you are using Windows you need to find and download the Arabic Language Pack that can be found through a quick search in Google from the Windows website. There will also be detailed information on exactly how to install it into your system.
In order to read PDF files you will need to download a new program. The most common is Adobe Acrobat which can be found from their website www.adobe.com for free!
Just go to the website and click on downloads from the top of the page and look for Adobe Reader version 10.0.1 which is the latest.

Arabic language add

It is the firmware that decides what all languages it will have. Your phone may have been meant for non-Arabic countries originally. If you re-install the firmware from an Arabic country, it may switch over to the Arabic language. If it does not then take it to Nokia Care for the needful. They have the facility to download a particular firmware and then install on the device.

Arabic font nosupport

During a clean WinXP installation, the Arabic fonts are installed as part of what Microsoft calls
Complex Script fonts. (MS documentation.)

To add Arabic font support to WinXP follow these steps.

  1. Download fbarab.zip from this site.
  2. Extract the installation package from fbarab.zip with a decompression utility.
  3. Run fbarab.exe to install the Arabic keyboard layouts.
  4. Restart Windows.
  5. Load the keyboard layouts:
    1. Click on the Start button.
    2. Click on Control Panel.
      • The Control Panel is directly accessible in the standard Start menu but it is inside Settings in the classic Start menu.
    3. Click on "Date, Time, Language and Regional Options."
    4. Select the "Add other languages" task.
      • Or click on "Regional and Language Options" and select the Languages tab.
    5. Check the "Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages" option and click on the Apply button.
    6. Click Yes when you are asked to restart Windows.
    7. Go to "Add other languages" again and click on the Details button.
    8. Click on the Add button.
    9. Select Arabic in the drop-down list of input languages and select Arabic ASDF Eastern or Arabic ASDF Western in the drop-down list of keyboard layouts.
    10. Click OK as many times as you are prompted to and then close "Date, Time, Language and Regional Options."

For MS Office:

  1. Click on the Start button.
  2. Move the pointer over Microsoft Office Tools in Programs and click on Microsoft Office Language Settings.
  3. Select the Enabled Languages tab, check Arabic and click OK.
  4. Leave your preferred language as it is unless you really want to change it and click OK.
  5. Click OK.
I hope that helps.

How to setup arabic in my xp wethout re instil new xp

You can follow the instructions here to get your language settings: http://www.endnote.com/support/helpdocs/Changing%20Regional%20Settings%20in%20Windows%20XP.pdf
If you're looking for a system wide change, it is not possible with a preloaded English copy. You will have to get the copy with Arabic preloaded with XP.
If you upgrade to Windows 7, you are able to change languages back and forth without issues.

Can you suggest a model for ARABIC & English letter Typewriter ?

It is unlikely you will get a typewriter with 2 languages....think of the problem of labeling the keys, as well as limited memory in a typwriter to contain both languages. Most typewriters are available in North America as either ENGLISH, FRENCH, or SPANISH. These being considered the most common languages.
