How hard is it to replace the bulb on an HLR6156WX/XAA

Hello
To replace bulb of your Samsung TV; proceedigns are given here:

[1]. Unplug the television and allow it to cool off for at least 30 minutes. The lamps in televisions get very hot and can cause injury if handled too soon after turning off the televisions
[2.] Remove the four screws from the cover of the access panel on the back of the television and pull off the cover.
[3]. Loosen the lamp by removing the security screw from the handle of the lamp. Though the lamp bulb is visible in the middle of the access panel, the handle is to the left of the panel
[4]. Grip the handle of the lamp and pull the lamp out of the access panel. Dispose of the old lamp in a waste receptacle
]5]. Slide the replacement lamp into the television, making sure the tip of the lamp is facing the right side of the unit
[6]. Replace the security screw for the handle of the lamp and reattach the access panel cover with the four screws. The television will not turn on if the access panel cover is not on the television
OK

Replacing bulb

Looking at the screen, the lower part of the TV there is about a 6-7 inch band and following that aroundto the back edge you'll find the retainig screws. Remove the screws and pry the band off the botton portion of the Tv.
About center you'll see the lamp cover. Remove it and take a hex key to remove the tension screw inside and slide out the lamp housing.
You can purchase a new lamp and housing or replace just the lamp at a less expensive cost. We use LampSource, good quality and reasonable price. http://www.dlplampsource.com
Reverse the steps to install and replace lower cover. Don't forget to go into your menu and reset your lamp hours to zero and you're done...

Zenith E44W46LCD Lamp Access Door Location

I found the location to get at the lamp. If you are loking at the front of the TV there is a small panel at the bottom of the right end. Two screws, remove panel, two screws inside and a small handle that lifts so you can slide the unit out. 4 screws on top of the cage that the lamp sits in, carefully slide up the silver bracket holding the bulb, be careful the edges are sharp. Remove the bulb from bracket and remove the 2 cables attached to the bulb. Now just do the same but in reverse. Make sure you wear plastic gloves that should be provided because if your fingers touch the lense you could be out the price of the lamp.
