Try to change the screen resolution on your computer right click on the desk top properties then settings tab. If this does not help try adjusting the video options on the tv like contrast and such.

Just use a VGA cable like you would to a PC monitor. You might have to adjust the resolution a touch, but that is all.

PC to TV HDMI poor text quality

You get best picture on any LCD monitor or TV when the PC video resolution is set to the native resolution of the monitor or TV. You need to look at your user manual to find out what the native resolution is in PC mode.

Most likely this is a resolution issue. Set your computer's output resolution to one that is compatible with the TV, usually 1366x768 for a 720p Insignia TV. More info can be found here.

Sharp 26d40 computer hookup

You can use VGA hookup, but what ever you use, make sure to set the resolution of your computer to the TV native resolution for what your TV can handle, otherwise you may see 'Resolution not supported' or something similar to that on your TV.

Your computer may be sending out a signal that too high of a resolution for the TV to display. Try reducing the resolution of the computer video signal.

Samsung 40" lcd - Connecting to PC saying 'MODE NOT SUPPORTED'

First of all, check that the TV is set on PC input when you use PC video input at the back.

Then you may also need to go to video and display properties>>settings, from control panel (personalize on Vista).

There lower down resolution and ensure that frequency is set the same as tv.

Not supported mode lcd tv samsung lnt4061f

with the PC input or analog SVGA the only 16:9 resolution it supports is 1920x1080, which can be difficult for some older systems to handle. However, on HDMI it should support all the standard HD resolutions.
