Westinghouse lcd tv parts

I am looking for replacement LCD parts for my westinghouse TV. when the tv is switched on, it flashes the blue screen and then goes black. you can hear the tv volume but no picture, no numbers/menu display. I took the back off  and dug in a bit and found that the outside 2 terminals of the power cable-to-control panel connector are burnt. the female pins are burned, and the male  side are discolored at the base, by solider connection. Im not sure what came first, a faulty terminal or a faulty part but either way, i need parts. i suspect the control panel has been compromised, not sure what else. i would love a source for parts or part list.  thank you for any help. greg my westinghouse lcd tv is two years old ,i have sound but no picture.the repair shop told me they cant find parts.
