Good Day, anyce_2003;
The first thing to do is make sure A/C outlet has power. The second thing to do is to unplug TV from that outlet for # to 5 minutes...then plug back into outlet. Thirdly, try remote and TV's font panel buttons. If none of these ideas don't work call an Authorized Service Center to come out and give you an estimate on repair of your TV.
Good Luck, big IRISH.

If the lamp is new and good to go then you may have to reset the lamp replacement counter in your setting menu. When that is set back to zero you wont have a problem until it is time for a new lamp again.

Uverse standard remote control stops working at night

The remote stops working the Uverse box or the TV or both?
Try putting the Uverse box behind the plane of the TV screen so the I.R. that the TV emits doesn't get to the front of the Uverse box.
