Question about iLO MP3 Player
Not sure if this is the right model, but this fixed mine
*always make sure your grounded when working with electronics
you can carefully pop the casing at where the usb port connects to the case. carefully take out the pcb and look where the play button is, if you inspect the button, one of the prongs on the very end may be broken.. (mine looks like an S with the button in the middle).
i super glued mine on the ends where the button connects to the case and it works just great now.

No - manufacturer no longer supports. Count yourself lucky- this is the worst mp3 player ever made
