Kenmore 80 didn't drain during the spin cycle and leak underneath machine. Makes buzzing noise in the wash cycles.

The pump is likely damaged if it was leaking. Look for a ring of melted plastic on the face side of the pump. Check to make sure the hole is not rounded where the motor shaft enters the pump.
I'd replace the pump just to make sure the washer doesn't flood some time in the future even if the pump turn out to be ok now.

Kenmore 80 series-model#11023832100 the clothes are still really wet after spinning cycle is complete. Have to spin again.

First, see the Sears parts site for your washer:

http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/getModel!retrieve.pd?pop=true&modelNumber=11023832100

If the washer goes through all of it's cycles OK, the problem points to the pump and/or hoses leading to it.

See the following for how to remove the cabinet and gain access to the pump.

http://www.american-appliance.com/catalog/newsdesk_info.php?newsPath=16&newsdesk_id=134&osCsid=54c1ea6be65af57338f17c583defc89e

Check the hoses for obstructions and check inside the pump.

If the pump won't turn by hand or if it seems extremely tight, or the connection between it and the motor is damaged, I'd replace the pump.

Washer Doesnt Change Cycles

This assumes that you have a basic Kenmore / Whirlpool top load, direct drive, neutral drain (it doesn't spin until the pump removes most of the water) machine.

First, see the Sears parts site for your washer:
http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/index.action

Enter your model number and you'll see a list of major sub-components with diagrams and parts.

This appears to be a timer / timer motor problem.

I'd alto look at the Whirlpool / Kenmore direct drive installation and maintenance manual for testing the timer.

KENMORE SERIES 80 WASHER

There is three things on this machine that concern me. Last week I rebuilt a series 80 and it did the same thing, mostly on perm press. It turned out the timer was fine and the mechanical had not been rebuilt in years. Because of this the motor could not spin fast enough to fling the water plus the pump was leaking. I need three things from you. Is leaking water and oil when looking under the machine, does the motor hum loud even when functioning normally and when its spinning lift the lid, is it still rotating after a quick count to 7? Drop me a line I would like to help.
