Some personal WW have a reprint feature top L. hand key (RE -PRT) in green. This will only reprint what you have just typed. To get a true memory you need a WW 5.6.30,etc.

It is probably the print solenoid that has a broken cap. I have seen a few advertisers that sell the repair kit with instructions. It is fairly simple to repair.

The WW10 dosen't have an addressable memory. To get this feature you must up grade to a T/W with store and play keys on the L. side.
