Awesome...I'm so glad it worked for yours! Mine doesn't have a front panel. The controls are on the top of the door. Do you have suggestions or directions on how to get to the fuse? Thanks for any help you can offer! I really cannot afford another mechanic bill after roof leaks this week and a broken sprinkler system! Thanks again, Gigi

Leaking from heater coil

I just had the same problem (surprise!)
The solution is located under the machine, where the heater elements go through the tub and have an electrical connection underneath. First, turn off your breaker, then check the brass "nuts" that secure the heater element. You might find that it or they are loose or even split. A very simple fix is to replace them with the right part. However, this is an indication of the cheap engineering of the machine, and probably you will encounter other such bad engineering in this machine. Replace and tighten the nuts and all should be good again.

Kenmore 13114 Start Button Fell Off After 3 months

Sears will definitely come fix that under the warranty. I was in that line of work for years, and we would come fix any problem on a machine under warranty.

Technika TDX6 wont start

The small black relay on the main circuit board was overheated and the contacts were burnt.
If you held the start button in it would sometimes start.
Expensive fix is change the complete circuit board or find someone with electronics experience to change the relay which is a common 12V 10A type i.e. NEC MR301-12HS.

Can't close Bosch Dishwasher door

I had same problem and was alarmed at the idea of taking the door apart, so I tried the 2 screwdriver option described below - it works!

Open door and get two small screwdirvers behind each side of the catch inside the top of the door and gently apply pressure. The catch should reset itself on 'open' and allow you to shut the door again.

Thanks to all for their postings and helpful advice!

Simple fix for me
Simply look at right side of machine get a flash light pull the insulation away from machine stick the light in look for the white little resovoir and the styrofoam float switch.
syphon the 1/2 cup collection this allows the float in the attached
cup to drop kicking the sensor out....
I dont suggest disconnection the sensor as im sure it will come back to haunt you. =)

worked for me takes 5 minutes
enjoy
