I CAME TO THE SITE WITH THE PROBLEM OF MY WASHER NOT DRAINING. I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS FOR MONTHS. TAKING THE HOSES OFF. CLEANING THEM ETC... TODAY I FOUND THE BEST SOLUTION.. THE WOMAN WHO POSTED THAT SHE SAVED HER HUSBAND $300.00 BY TAKING THE BOTTOM OFF WASHER WAS RIGHT.....
BOTTOM OF FRONT LOADER.. THERE ARE THREE SCREWS.. YOU NEED ONE OF THOSE NOT PHILLIPS BUT ROUND LOOKING SCREW DRIVERS(SORRY).. ANYWAY TAKE OFF THREE SCREW.. ONE ON LEFT, RIGHT AND MIDDLE.. THERE IS A WHITE DRAIN HOSE WITH A CAP.. VERY HEAVY PLASTIC FRONT. IT IS HARD TO TWIST OFF CAP BUT KEEP TRYING. ANYWAY IT IS GONNA GET REALLY WET.. SOME WATER CAME OUT AT FIRST BUT I WAS NOT CONVINCED.. SO UNDRNEATH I STARTED TO SQUEEZE THE HOSE AND OUT POPPED 3 SOCKS AND AN ERASER.. THEN ALL THE WATER THAT WAS IN THE WASHER THAT WOULDNT DRAIN.. EVERYTHING WAS SOAKED INCLUDING ME AND MY SON SO BE READY WITH LOTS OF TOWELS. BUT IT WORKED. IM HAPPY TO SAY IM DOING MY FIRST LOAD NOW AND EVERYTHING IS RUNNING BEAUTIFUL...
Hello there and welcome to fixya If your washer doesn't seem to work at all, check these: No powerCheck
to see whether power is getting to the washing machine. Is it plugged
in? Has a fuse blown or is a circuit breaker tripped? try to unplug for 15 min then reset the home breakeer than plug in the machine again and try Lid switchIf
the lid switch is defective, your washer can't spin and may not
function at all. The switch is inside the washing machine main housing
near the door frame. Often you have to raise or open the top or front of
the washer to get to the switch. If it's defective, you need to replace
it. To determine if the lid switch has failed, watch the part testing video . at repair clinic.com Some
machines have a special lid-switch fuse near the lid switch, inside the
control panel. If this fuse blows, the unit won't fill with water until
you replace the fuse. or it will fill but will stop after that
problem could be a jammed up water pump, remove the front bottom panel it has
two screws to remove the water pump is on the floor its common to get coins
caught in the pump impeller clean that out it should fix the problem.
are various reasons as to why a washer wont drain.
check the link to learn the various factors that stop the washer not to drain
Thanks for using FixYa. Error LF indicates long fill, which flashes when the water level won’t change for a period of time after the valves are turned on or the water has disengaged the basket but control does not detect a water level change. TO resolve this issue check if the water supply is turned on and the hose screens are not plugged or kinked. If the water is not entering the machine then check the water valve, also check the pressure hose connection to the machine/motor control. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Leaking pump or drain connexion most likely
you will have to get under to check it out.
Put a several sheet to news paper under the machine and pull it out as it stands to see where the water is coming from front/back/sides
Do a wash and repeat.
But you will need the service of an engineer I guess unless you are good with a wrench.
