Did you do any travelling during those days? The model phone will be important in trying to find a resoultion for this. If it is a windows based model then microsoft has a software fix for this issue. If your model phone allows you to change the settings then change the settings in your phone. If the phone does not then likely a ticket will need to be created with your provider on feature/time display issue. Hope this helps. For windows mobile 5 or ealier devices with similar issue go to microsoft.com and do a DST software update.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. goodluck!

hey steven sc480 i experienced the same problem on the samsung a877 where the phone wont send anything. i finally learned after a while that the only solution to the problem is to restart it. its very annoying but u just have to accept it or upgrade to a new phone. the model i had which was the impression was notorious for its pink screen of death where the phone sends so many messages it just decides to turn the screen pink. but anyway i think that may be a relation in some of their phones. i know its annoying but i just got used to it. sorry
Did you ever find a solution to this problem? The exact same thing happened to my friend two days ago. Someone sent them the same message repeatedly, and he can no longer receive any messages, other than multimedia.
Hi, some times text message are disturbed by network fluctuation. if the incidence happens continuously, will need to contact you customer care service for help.am sure they will be willing to help you.
I have called Virgin mobile SO many times for almost 9 months now because of text messaging issues. I don't know if it's the phone or the crappy service (the texts aren't the only problem, to this day I have never been able to access the internet on either of the phones I have had with them). I never receive text messages anymore... On a rare occasion I'll get like 5 text messages back to back that are from days before, and then nothing again. I can never tell if the messages that I receive are actually being sent, but I know a few times people have called me frantically because my phone has sent them the same message sometimes up to 80 TIMES. The customer service reps never have a CLUE what they're talking about and they barely speak english. It is so obvious that they are literally quoting directly from the same **** that is posted on their terrible website. I cannot even bring myself to call them anymore because I am so sick of explaining EVERYTHING over again, only to get the same incredibly insulting line "we have opened an investigation into this issue and are working on fixing it". REALLY? FOR 9 MONTHS??? I am SO angry with Virgin mobile's overall terrible service that I have contacted an attorney and am in the process of taking legal action. I suggest everyone else do the same or get new service because this company is merely sitting back and stealing our money while doing absolutely nothing to improve their service.
Try reprogramming it back onto the network by pressing *228 and selecting option two. If it doesn't make a phone call at all, check around with friends in the area to see if they're having a simliar issue. If not, then call Verizon and they'll walk you through troubleshooting the phone.
It sounds like the transiever in the phone may be burnt out, so if troubleshooting doesnt help, then you'll need a service center. Visit verizonwireless.com for repair centers, and then call to confirm they'll repair the phone onsite rather than sending it out.
One of my few complaints about my Z3 is the low message capacity. I have a 2gb sd card in there...why can't I store more than 500 texts? But...500 is a lot more than 10, there's definitely a problem here. I know there's a way to change the default storage location, although I'm not sure it will change the location of texts or not. Here's how to do it: Go to the main menu and select "Settings". Scroll down to "Phone Status" and select it. Then select "Download Location" and finally, select the memory card.
Now...What concerns me the most is the 4Tb message flood O_o
