Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3c Cellular Phone
Starting about 10 days ago, when I would receive a text message, it would come in with a time that was many hours off. The time on my phone was correct.
Today, when I looked at my phone, the time is now off. It is showing 5 hours earlier than it is.
I have turned it on and off several times but nothing changes.
Did you do any travelling during those days? The model phone will be important in trying to find a resoultion for this. If it is a windows based model then microsoft has a software fix for this issue. If your model phone allows you to change the settings then change the settings in your phone. If the phone does not then likely a ticket will need to be created with your provider on feature/time display issue. Hope this helps. For windows mobile 5 or ealier devices with similar issue go to microsoft.com and do a DST software update.
