Install the PC suite and connect your mobile. It automatically identifies the problem and follow the steps to fix it. To install the PC suite you should know the Mobile Serial Number. You can find it in the backside of the mobile battery.

Here is the manual for LG Optimus 7 E900 Smartphone, on page 41 of the PDF for how to add a contact and other things,

or, here's my own run down:

1.) On the start screen, touch the People application.

2.) Click the + to add a picture to the contact.

3.) After you're done adding all the info, just save and you're done!

On your LG Optimus 7 E900,

1. tab on "People"
2. click on the "+" sign to add new contact
3. You can then add in contact details.
