If your monitor isn't displaying any picture there may be numerous issues. First, Super Sprint is an old (made in 1986) game, and odds are the monitor hasn't been replaced since the game first rolled off the assembly line. There's a good chance that the monitor has just given up. Unfortunately there is no "Bulb" to replace. You'll have to replace the entire monitor. Monitor repair/replacement can be dangerous and it is recommended that you hire a professional repair person to do this for you. New monitors should cost you between $175 - $300 (depending on the original monitor size, which I believe is 25" for this game).
Good luck!

Picture won't display after a few seconds

this is either the flourescent bulbs are going out or the power supply has bad capactors on it. You might open it up and look at the power supply board for capacitors with their ends that look like they are "erupting" on the ends.. this means they need to be replaced.

Tv is getting dimmer

Brenda, Your projection bulb is about to die. Go on eBay, so a search for the bulb. Only buy a genuine Mitsubishi bulb to replace it. Or order one of these;http://www.shopjimmy.com/mitsubishi-wd-65c9 Get one of the "assemblies".

Removing and replacing the bulb unit is SUPER easy. Unplug the TV!! You unscrew the one screw on the litle door and the lower right, back side of the TV, then unscrew those two screws that hold in the unit, and slide it out. Slide in the replacement, and tighten everything up. Put the door back on, and plug it in.

I have a 2000 Pontiac Bonneville some of the display lights and the display for stations not working can these lights be replaced or is there an new circuit board available for replacement?

I have a 2005 Bonneville and lost my display completely. I replaced the bulbs. Not too easy.
I understand that there are places that will replace the bulbs and it costs $200-$300 with shipping. You can try buying the bulbs for $20-$50 and replace them yourself (how are you with solder? Try this website for repair or parts: http://www.corvetteradios.com/corvetteradios_013.htm

I did do a write-up with pictures to replace the bulbs at:
http://www.gmforum.com/showthread.php?t=294193 You may have to register for free, then search for "Radio display light bulb" .

Here is a picture of the 3 bad bulbs behind the display, after digging deep into the radio:

zeevert_6.jpg You can also see some of the other bulbs for the buttons (mine are red).

Atari 2600 does not display a picture when turned on

In this situation what I would do would be to replace the cable that runs from the Atari to the TV. Also, if you are using a variable power supply, make sure that the power supply is set on the propper settings and the polarity is in the correct setting.

Monitor keeps blank even the power lLED is on green

If it's working fine in DOS, it can only be your display drivers for your operating system. What happes when you start in SAFE MODE? When you PC starts, keep pressing the F8 key, go to Safe Mode. If it works, bring the Resolution down to 800 X 600 and load the new display card drivers. Restart, should be fine.
