Hello rick,
Since vcr's are some what of a dying bread it may take some looking to find a compatible part, but here are a few suggestions you may find helpful. 1. Check online to see if the manufacturer of the product has the part you need in stock ( just type in the make and the model number or send them an email). 2. Check local electronics repair shops in your area, you might get lucky and find a compatible part for cheap. 3. Do some searching online also. 4. If all else fails, if you can find a plastic gear the same size and close to the same configuration it might hold until you can find the actual part you need. Hope this helps and please let me know if you need further assistance.

125cc Kawasaki dirt bike, cranks on first kick, idles but won't run in any gear, doesn't die out but doesn't seem to engage gear, possible problems?

Does it jerk forward when you put it into gear and die? Or you put it into gear and the bike doesn't move when you let the clutch out? Badly adjusted clutch in both cases. Worst case, you need new clutch plates and springs.

There is no video coming from SLV-R1000 it is just a blue screen

See if the left side loading pin wraps the tape all the way around the video head; if it doesn't more than likely the blue gear , #3-736-147-01, is broken in half .Replacements are available for $4-$11.00 + shipping.

Cannot load tape. keeps ejecting tape when trying to load.

Remove the top cover from the VCR. If you have children in the house, look for any object lying in the mechanism. If this is clear, insert a tape slowly into the carriage & watch carefully if the cassette tape flap raises up & allows the tape to be lowered down into the mechanism, if not the flap lever at the side of the carriage may be broken. If the tape does lower into position, look to see if the tape is being pulled out by the guide arms, (normally 2 white poles) one of these may be broken. Check the half loading arm is also not obstructing the tape. If any of these parts are broken a new deck mechanism would be required.

Bottom Dishwasher arm not turning

have you seen whether water is pouring out of the bottom supply tube with the lower arm removed? not 100% sure on this model but some units have a half load switch but that should turn off the top one. there may be a blockage in the lower water supply tubeways.
