Well you used capitals in your initial post. Make sure the caps lock is off. Unless you used all caps in your password.

How to change the uppercase and lowercase letters

Either by pressing and holding the shift key (on left and right of keyboard, looks like up arrow) while typing, or by pressing the CAPS LOCK key to put capitals on or off. The caps lock key is usually one above the left shift key.
If you cant find them just advise your make and model of computer and I could tell you exactly where the keys are.

My pass word doesn't work I don't undrstand why?

Did you check the caps lock? These passwords are
case sensitive which means that it matters whether
or not you used capital letters when you set it up
and whether you are using capitals now.

Key in invalid

Ensure that any zeros are typed in as a numerical 0 and not the letter O (Oh)that is what springs to mind first. Double check that all letters and numbers are entered correctly into the boxes in the correct order it is so easy to make mistakes. I manually use shift key for capitals and never caps lock if the key needs entering in capitals.

Keyboard buttons

Hi Grumpy Gran
Great name by the way. Are they listed top to bottom ` a two headed arrow, caps lock, an up arrow and ctrl?
These are not particular active keys. If you have used a typewriter the two headed arrow is the tab key, use it to jump a given number of spaces to the right.
The caps lock will set your keyboard in capitals mode. The uparrow is the shift key which temporarily puts it into capitals or vice-versa. The ctrl key is a special key which is not used in normal typing. You may not need it in normal use.
Good luck with your surfing.
ps its not a good idea to unplug your keyboard whilst the computer is still on. You should connect it when the computer is off so that it is detected when the computer starts.
