our microwave just stopped working the keys are not able to work its become a real pain in the *** :( please help!!!!

If the power isn't coming on at all, unplug the unit and take the back off (probably 6 screws or more). Inside there might be a fuse like a house fuse. Check that. Sometimes just replacing the fuse is all it needs.
