Question about Logitech LX5 Cordless Optical Mouse

1 Answer

My LogiTech mouse freezes constantly

I purchase my Logitech LX5 mouse in November. About 4 months ago I started having issues with the mouse "freezing" and I have to constantly reset the device. I go through periods where I don't have issues, but today it's been giving me lots of trouble. I'm too the point of wanting to throw it out the window.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Changing batteries on a logitech lx5 mouse

turn off the mouse using the switch on the bottom.
press the battery door release button on the underside of the mouse, towards the back.
that should release the battery door, which is the top part of the mouse, where your palm would rest.
the mouse takes 2 AAA batteries.

Turn the mouse ON before starting the computer. Then if it doesn't connect, press the button on the USB receiver and then the mouse should work.
Hope this helps. Bud
