You just press the screen format button, It is 2 down from the number 9 button, Visit http://pdf.crse.com/manuals/4090586111.pdf For the instruction booklet which tells you all about it.

Is the video plugged in? It may have fallen out - this is if you are using RCA style jacks - one for video, and two for sound

You need to adjust your aspect ratio, you need to consult your manual

I have a kv-32ls60u Sony TV. It blinks 5 times

The most common failures are the flyback transformer assembly and sometimes some of its support components, and or there is the possibility of a short in the CRT electron gun. In either case, the power supply is going in to protect mode, and the uPC is sending this flashing error code to the front LED.
I have no idea if the flyback transformer assembly is still available, but I am very sure the CRT is no longer available. In any case you will find the cost of servicing your set to be expensive for its age. The last time I checked, the cost of the CRT exceeded the replacement cost of the set.

Sony KV-32FS200 a unclear square picture is appreaing inside main picture

That is called PIP "picture in Picture" It allows you to watch 2 channels at the same time, The only way you can fix it is by getting the original remote or a universal one which has that option.... I am not sure but I think if you unplug the tv, it will reset to factory settings... Idk try it!!
