Question about Linksys Wireless-G WUSB54GC (WUSB54GC-BP)
I received a letter saying they have my returned linksys product. they did not receive my paperwork on the RMA#. i now have it and the letter say to contact email@example.com. but this address don't work. i have been trying to get this problem solved since may of 2008. this has been the hardest company to work with. i thought it was very organized with the case # and all. but i cannot seem to get my defective adapter replaced. please help. i just need to get my RMA# to them asap.
Why dont you call their rma department? Here is there no. (800) 546-5797 (Option 3) and give them your rma no. so that they can pull up your information.
