Question about Excelstor Technology J840 Hard Drive
The drive is picked up in bios and in device manager but not in windows,
How do I fix this
Right click on the 'My Computer' icon, go to 'Manage', then click on 'Disk Management', and see if you need to either format the drive, assign a drive letter, or if it's recognized correctly. Most of the time, you'll find the drive in here just needs to be formatted, or it needs to be assigned a specific drive letter.
