Question about HP Photosmart C6180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
C6180 is set for zone 2 (Europe); have moved to zone 1 (US). Zone 2 uses ink cartridge nos. 363; Zone 1 uses 02. Printer will not operate. How do I change the region setting from zone 2 to zone 1?
It would be best to call HP TOTAL CARE. they would know how to reset it.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
