So the wheels are stuck? Maybe get under the car and try and kick them off if they are just stuck on. Ive had alloy wheels do that...Maybe tap them with a rubber mallet and try and get them off.

Change tire

You need a jack to lift the vehicle high enough to get the tire off and the new one on, you need a lug wrench to loosen and tighten the lug nuts and depending on the rims you might have hub caps that are part of the rim or seperate and if they are seperate, you need something to pry them off with. So the proper way to do this is:
Before you raise it with the jack, take the lug wrench and loosen the lug nuts a little. This is easier when the tire is on the ground because depending on the tire location, it will turn if you lift it. So when the weight is on it, it wont turn. Then you put the jach under the car and near the tire you are lifting and you use the jack to raise the tire. Then finish taking the lug nuts off. Remove the tire and put the new tire on. You may have to raise the jack some more to make it high enough. Put the lug nuts back on tight as you can and lower the car. Then tighten the lug nuts again to be sure. You should tighten lug nuts by skipping them. In other words start with one and tighten it, skip the next one and tighten the third one. When you go all the way around, go to the ones you skipped and tighten those.

What cause a truck to rock side to side when driving?

Does the vehicle rock faster at higher speeds, or is it a constant no matter how fast you're going? Is it a gentle rock, or does it seem like more of a shake at higher speeds? Does your vehicle have hydraulic shocks, air shocks or regular shocks and springs?
If your vehicle is rocking at low speeds and the rock turns into a shake or vibration at higher speeds, you might have a bent axle. For this problem to be bad enough to fees as a rocking motion at low speeds you should probably be able to tell by looking at your wheels -- if your axle is bent, you should see that one of the wheels seems tilted slightly. If you move your car a few feet and look again, it should look like it is tilted in a different direction. If this is the case, have the axle replaced ASAP to avoid more damage to your suspension system.
If the rocking does not change at any speed, then you have to consider your suspension system. If you have a hydraulic or air suspension on your vehicle, it might be malfunctioning. If you have air shocks, one of the air bags that holds your vehicle in the correct position could have a slow leak -- this could cause that part of the suspension to float down as it loses pressure and back up as the pump adds more air -- which would feel like a slow rock inside the car. The same could happen with a leaking hydraulic. If this is the case, bring the vehicle in to a mechanic and have your suspension checked ASAP to avoid causing more damage to the system.
If neither of these is the case your wheels might be out of alignment. This would also cause a funny, cyclical noise from your tires as you drive and should be taken care of ASAP as it will cause extreme wear on your tires. If this is the case, your tires will probably already show uneven wear on the tread (if the inside of the tread (near the center of the car) is worn out more than the outside of the tread then this could indicate a bad alignment).
If your tires are not worn funny, and nothing else here has helped, you might have bad tie rod ends, ball joints or loose lug nuts on one of your wheels. First, make sure the lug nuts on each tire are properly tightened -- if there were loose nuts you might have fixed it. If all of the nuts are tight, jack up your front end so your tires (one at a time) is about an inch off the ground. Grab the top and bottom of the tire and try to rock the wheel -- if the top and bottom of the wheel move towards the center of the car, you probably have bad ball joints and you should have these replaced IMMEDIATELY (they are a vital part of your steering system and need to be in good shape for safe driving). If the wheel does not rock up and down, try grabbing the tire on the front and back and see if it rocks (if you have only 1 tire off the ground there should be no play ... if both front tires are in the air then pay attention to the tire on the other side of the car as you do this or have someone hold the steering wheel). If the tire moves, without turning the steering system of the car (the other tire doesn't move with it) then it's likely to be your tie rods or tie-rod ends. These are also a vital part of the steering system of your vehicle and should be replaced IMMEDIATELY to ensure safe driving.
If none of these are the problem. take the vehicle to a mechanic and tell him what you have done to check the vehicle (this can save time by helping the mechanic eliminate possible causes).

Having difficulty changing front drivers side tire on the Jaguar x type 2003. the tire is flat and we cannot seem to remove the tire

If all the lug nuts are removed and the tire will not come off it is frozen onto the hub. This is really common with aluminum wheels. If you can safely support the vehicle so that it will not fall off the jack you can try kicking the backside of the tire. This will work most of the time.

If that doesn't work put the lug nuts on till there just snug and then loosen them 3 or 4 turns. remove the jack and drive the vehicle back and forth until the wheel falls off the hub.

Everyone I work with as well as myself, have at least a four pound plastic deadblow hammer just to remove the wheels that this happens to.

How do i change the back tire

Find the jack and jack up the rear just in front of the rear tire you are changing. (don't lift off ground completely yet). Using the lug wrench (also called a tire iron) break loose each lug nut.

Finish raising the vehicle just high enough that the tire isn't touching the ground. Finish removing the lug nuts, then pull tire off. Put new (different/spare) tire on, and put the lug nuts back on, and tighten by hand until tire is snug. With the car still raised, lightly tighten the lug nuts, until snug again (by use of lug wrench).

Lower car completely and tighten the lug nuts again (do not over tighten). At all points of tightening lug nuts, do so in a criss cross pattern. Start with one, then move to the one directly across from that, and so on (not all will be "directly" across at all times, so just make sure you alternate and don't go in any consecutive (clockwise/counter clockwise) order.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Flat tire

your owners manual is a valuable source of information, but if you do not have it here is what you do: the vehicle should be on a flat hard surface then you need to locate your jack and lug wrench , with the vehicle still on the groung loosen each lug nut about one turn then make sure that your emergency break is on, place the jack under the vehicle in an appropreate spot to raise the wheel off the groung, once the wheel is off the ground you can remove the lug nuts and pull the wheel off. Then you can put the spare tire on and replace the lug nuts tighten them in a criss cross patern as tight as you can get them then lower the vehicle back to the ground and check the lugs again. I hope this helps, good luck !!

How do you change a tire on a honda crv? I need to get the tire off the back door and change the driver side front tire. Where does the jack go?

The owners manual shows where to put the jack. I no manual sometimes there are illustrations where the jack is stored in its compartment. First loosen the lug nuts before you jack up the vehicle, prevents the tire from turning. After jacking up the vehicle finish removing the lug nuts then remove the tire. The spare tire on the door may have a locking lug nut which requires a key to unlock before removing the lug nuts. Key us usually on the ignition key ring. Remove the lug nuts and put tire on the drivers side. Tighten up the nuts on the wheel and after the car is let down from the jack, finish tightening the lug nuts.
