Re: 700t trotter cybex treadmill
Appreciate the direct "Ask Me".
To your concern:
Error 1 - No speed signal at startup. This indicates that the controller board did not sense that the motor is turning. Procedures call for checking of the belt, the SCR (triac) controller (with an analog continuity tester), the presence of 130VDC spike/startup supply (with a voltmeter) and the brushes. Since you have replaced the brushes, the others then.
Of course the above requires familiarity with electronic components and circuitry, the use of an analog multimeter and possibly soldering. Should you be uncomfortable, then perhaps as you posted, "send the complete printed circuit to be check".
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

you can try cleaning out the machine with compressed air or a lightly saturated alcohol swab on the rollers and brushes. If you buy refurbished toner cartridges, it could be a problem with the way they're being filled. Try purchasing a brand new cartridge and see if the problem persists. If it does, you may need to call out a local technician.
You need to check parameters for LAN and e-mail settings (IP address, Subnet mask, gateway address, SMTP-server address, DNS-server address, etc). It is also important to enter "From address" in a correct form, i.e. name @domain.xxx otherways above error will be displayed.
Hit the "2nd" button in the upper left hand corner of the keypad, and then the "+" button (lower right hand corner). Then either click the down arrow once and then "enter" or just hit the "2" button. (the selection should say "2: Mem Mgmt/Del...") Hit Enter again (selecting the "1: All..." selection) Scroll through the programs on her calculator and either hit the "Del" button (upper right hand corner of the keypad) to delete the programs/variables, or hit "ENTER" to archive them. The archived programs have an asterisk, " * ", in front of them. (Note: Once you delete the programs, you CAN NOT get them back) If you have variables on there "L1" "A" etc. you can delete them and use them again later, obviously.
You can bypass this whole thing and just do "2nd" "+" "7". This combination will reset the calculator and delete any programs that are unimportant to the calculator. You will be left with the "Finance..." option in the APPS menu only...nothing else. You should be able to clear up the problem either way.
Typacally heavy movers will use pallet wrap, which is industrial size and strength plastic wrap, this is available where ever moving supplies are available. (UHaul, Truck Rentals, or storage facilities.), fold up the machine and wrap it well with the wrap. This will also protect the machine, and the walls as it should prevent paint transfer on those slight OOPs.
