Question about Panasonic Office Equipment & Supplies

1 Answer

Hi I have a Panasonic wireless projector, I can connect wirelessly to it through windows (it locates it at as a wireless device adn says connected). How do I stream my presetnations to it? I did try to use wireless manager 3 but it kept asking for a projector name which I don't seem to be able to find in any of the menu - it's a PT-735 NTE, and I would prefer to use wirelmanager if I could get it working? Cheers Noel

How do I setup my printer wireless to read my laptop when asking to print

A couple things to check............1) You need to go into control panel, and "add printer". It will walk you through it. Make sure your printer has the wireless button pushed so it can read it. Your printer will then show up under "devices" under 'hardware' in the control panel.
2) Some printers you have to have connected to your computer with an ethernet cable the 1st time to get it set up. 3) do a windows update to make sure you have the correct driver. Most printers come with a disk that will walk you through everything. 4) Just make sure your wifi button on your computer (mine is f12) is turned on also........ 5) Some printers are not compatible with certain operating systems...i.e Windows 7 or Windows Vista... Make sure yours is. If not, go to the printer website and look for support. Sometimes there is a generic driver you can download that will work. Finally.........Sometimes you just have to keep trying things, as it can be a pia if you haven't ever done it before! :

How can send a fax?

You have to connect your landline telephone line to your device. There should be a small port at the back. I hope you know what it looks like... in this age of mobiles! lol.

Its called an RJ-11 connector. If the device didnt come with an extra lead, unplug your telephone and connect the device to check it out. then you have to dial a fax number, wait for a fax tone, and facsimile :)

HP officejet pro 8600 plus wont connect online

"Won't connect online" is kind of vague so I will do my best to answer. I am assuming you mean that you cannot connect to the wireless on your device. To connect to your wireless use the touchscreen on the front of your device. Choose Settings, then wireless, choose scan for networks, and then choose your network. Enter a password if required. I have provided a video of a similar printer that may be of some assistance.

I have a brothers mfc8220, i am having trouble hooking it up wireless. What am i doing wrong?

The only way you can connect this wireless is if you either connect the USB cable to your router directly with a USB cable or by connecting the printer to a computer and then share it over the network.

Just bought the brother mfc 790cw wireless printer....theres no port to hook it up to my computer obviously and i have no users do i link it up with my computer?

You have to connect to the printer at least once with a USB A to B cable to set up the wireless system.

After that you can connect wirelessly.

I want my printer to print wirelessly

First you have to make sure that the printer has a wireless card. If the device does not you must purchase and have it installed. Also your computer needs to be hooked to a wireless router or have a wireless card installed so that the printer and computer can both be seen and communicate. Some printers, depending on age, can not be upgraded to be wireless.
