Question about Whirlwind FH-778 Air Conditioner
The unit upstairs was running fine but we lost electricity for a quick moment which caused my air conditioner to turn on an off a couple of times every since them it won't work right
That was real deep diagnoses I'm betting the outside unit is the problem. check the outside for240-volts to the contactor if not backtrack for the lost voltages and remove the outside cover to check the little silver can (capacitor) for swollen at the top terminials, due to power surge.
