E3-40 Copy Density Sensor output adjustment
1. Sensor connector is disconnected
2. Sensor is defective
3. SPC PCB connector is disconnected
4. SPC PCB is defective
remove the drum, clean the two optical sensore inside the drum unit, odds are there will be toner dust everywhere, vac out real good, possibly change dv.
In addition to old developer, you may have a bad toner support. (mylar blade under DCB that catches toner removed from drum.If you have toner dropping onto the separation side of your T&S unit, the toner support is bad.
