Always switch the device off and disconnect the charger before removing the battery. The SIM card and its contacts can be easily damaged by scratches or bending, so be careful when handling, inserting, or removing the card. 1. Press and slide the back cover towards the bottom of the phone, and remove it (1). 2. Remove the battery (2). 3. Insert the SIM card into the holder with the contact surface facing down (3). 4. Insert the battery (4), and replace the back cover (5). Remove the SIM card
Press the release spring (1), and slide out the SIM card (2).
Dear Natesan This is due to the country code restriction. you have to go to a mobile repairing person and tell him to remove the country code by flashing it. it will solve your problem. i have also done the same thing with my nokia. Gagan
