How can I get my scanner to copy light blue lines

Most scanners cannot copy light blue lines due to the lightwave color of the scanner lamp. This is inherit in the system and cannot be fixed. Some scanners use a lamp that can see blue, but then those don't always see light red.

I have printer plus scanner epson l200. and I thought there is option for scanning a film. but it turned out the option is greyed out. I wonder if this type is available for scanning film or there is

To scan film, your scanner needs a light above the film. Not just a light, but a calibrated light. That is why the scanners who can scan film and transparent sheets, have a lit with a light in it. Your scanner does not have this, so scanning film is not possible. One of the cheapest (flat bed) scanners from Epson is the V600 and costs about $200, Epson Perfection V600 Photo Scanner

you either have a paper jam or the scanner module has jammed. open the printer and check the paper path for possible jams. then open the scanner lid and make sure the scanner light bar is in the home position at the end of the scanner deck and not stuck mid path.

When one of the solutions resolves the issue, there is no need to continue troubleshooting.Solution one: Check the scanner lightFollow these steps to check the scanner light by making a color copy of any document.
  1. Load plain white, unused, letter size paper in the paper tray.
  2. Lift the scanner lid, place the original face down on the scanner glass, and then lower the scanner lid.
  3. Make a color copy.
  4. When the product starts to scan the document to copy, slightly lift the scanner lid to see if the scanner light turns on. How can I use my HP6210 officejet scanner to scan 35 mm slides

You cannot scan slides with this scanner.
Slide scanners need a light source that shines through the slide not a reflecting light like your scanner.

Can you scan negatives on a flat bed scanner?

You can only scan negatives on a scanner that has a second light source in the lid of a flat bed scanner. This light shines a light through the negative and the main light source under the glass is not switched on for negative scanning.

Modle 5222, scanner error?? any suggestions?

sure you lamp lights up when machine is powered on. open the top cover, turn power on. lamp should light and scanner should move. if either of these do not happen you will need to replace parts. if the lamp lights and the scanner moves your ccd could be bad. you may need a service tech. if the lamp does not light it is your problem. lamp, power supply, ballest, or main pcb could be the problem

Scanner bulb doesn't turn on during a scan

You can try to get and replace the scanner light. If it was the light, the new one will work. If it was some other electonic component that shut off the light, then the light won't work. Depends on the cost of a new light compared to getting the unit serviced by a tech. Or the cost of a new Multifunction unit. Do some research before you make the decision.

Reinstall scanner software. Scan again for SCSI devices, if controller does not recognise it, then the logic board on the scanner is faulty.
