Try different mains cable to monitor.if no good.unplug.
nxt turn upside down and take back off monitor.any fuses? if so check they ok.
if no good take to local tv repair shop.type that deals in second hand tvs.
you can probably pick up a good CRT for £30 from a cptr fair or newspaper adds though: as people like TFT monitors.
byway.i dont.

Monitor is flickering

Welcome to Fixya Support,
I am happy to assist you.

Monitor Flickering May due to following Reason
1. Deffective LOT
2. Deffictive Filter IC or Deffective horizontal IC

To fix this issue, you have to check LOT, if LOT working fine, you have to search for burn out capacitor along with filter IC and replace with new one. After this your monitor must work properly, without any flickering.

Thank you for using Fixya Support. If any problem leave a comment or feedback we will deffinately help you.

Have a Nice Day!

Voltage and polarity for Hyundai B70A

Hello,

Your monitor needs a 12volt 5amp power supply with + 5,5mm tip. Most universal power supplies will not supply enough amps to power an LCD monitor. If you need an adapter we do have them in stock at:
http://www.ccl-la.com/parts_lcd.htm

I hope this helps, if so please rate this solution.

I had no idea this problem could be fixed just by checking the cord connections. Thanks a million for posting this solution. I had been putting up with the shadowing, streaking for months!
