If your are using the rf connection (the one that screws into the back of the set) and are not using a cable box , you want to run the autoprogram feature, this should clear up your channels

How do you replace 150 amp Federal Pacific main breaker type 2

Assuming household single-phase/split-phase 120V and 240V
The breaker should 'stab' over both hot busbars.
If old breaker is rusted from heat condensation, or overheated because of amp draw or exposure to sun's heat, then pulling off the old breaker might break the busbars .... so spray WD40....and remove it slowly with a pry bar.
But this is very extremely deadly dangerous with power ON.

Pull the meter to turn power off ... If you live in town, the power company will require licensed electrician.
If you live in rural area, then call power company, and they will remove band around the meter ... if you're home, they might even install the breaker for you so they can re-band the meter.
Or if there is no band holding meter to meter box, then shove the meter downward and then upward until it comes loose ... like unplugging extension cord.
Turn off all breakers first. Stand on dry boards and never stand on bare ground.
Power inside meter box is still live, even after meter is pulled.

We have 2 breaker boxers for my house. 2 nights ago, a breaker got tripped, (too many air conditioners i'm guessing) and i flipped it back and all we well...almost. The power was lost upstairs and came...

Your main breaker may be problematic... GO to your master panel... the one with the meter, and reset everything, and on any sub panels reset everything.... Good Luck...

Trying to cut any size piece of wood the saw blows the circuit breaker at the panel 1x4 piece

Are you operating the saw on a 10 amp circuit or with a long extension cord? Table saws need at least a 15 amp circuit and should not be used with an extension cord. If absolutely necessary the extension cord should be no less than 12 guage. Tabel saws will run OK on a 10 amp circuit but as soon as you apply a load (try to cut wood) the power requirements go up to keep the saw turning. If you can, plug it into another outlet on a higher capacity circuit breaker or at least closer to the breaker box. If it still pops the breaker you may have bearing problems in the motor that are creating too much friction. This would make the motor work harder to turn so it would draw excessive power and trip the breaker.

Breaker malfunction- Breaker won't restore power to the circuit

To do this safely you should call an electrician. No way I can give you complete instructions that will be sure to be safe because I can't see exactly what the situation is that you have. But the basic steps include: turning off the main, understanding that you are about to expose the feed lugs TO the main which are still LIVE (and giving them a wide berth!), carefully removing the cover, CONFIRMING that everything else in the box is NOT LIVE (use a non-contact voltage detector - $15 or less), removing the wire from the old breaker, pulling the old breaker out, plugging the new breaker in, connecting the wire to the new breaker (nice and tight), replacing the cover and then turning the main back on.

My candy oven had an element replaced in January now when turned on for 5 mins or so turns off and cuts all power downstairs oven feels like it is overheating

It is likely the element is a cheap replacement, and may not be the right rating for the oven.

On a more worrying note, if it is tripping the breaker, there may be an earth fault - needing immediate investigation.

Either way - it's not right, so should be investigated, and replaced if found to be faulty.

Shower short circuits downstairs wall sockets when turned on

Turn the circuit breaker to off and don't try to use it. Something has shorted this circuit out, whether a wire came loose or what. It is very difficult to diagnose without more information, ie, what is it wired to, is it new or recently installed and just stopped working, or has it not ever worked?

But it is extremely dangerous in its current state and you could even be electrocuted. I recommend that you call the original installer, or a qualified electrician to come out and have a look at it. They will have the proper equipment to diagnose it and repair or replace it.
