Question about Computers & Internet
Having a Laptop Keyboard problem... missing letters and/or spaces... run together words. Have replaced the keyboard - did not correct problem - tested laptop with a USB Keyboard - this worked but, doesn't solve the problem. Removed the battery and this also worked, but again doesn't solve the problem. I don't know ifit is the BIO's or the keyboard driver needs to be updated or re-installed. Both of these I have no idea how to do nor where to look to download the correct BIO's or Driver(s). Can you help with this annoying problem. It would be much appreciated.
I had to download the updated BIOS for the laptop. Thanks for your help.

Have you tried reducing the repeat delay and increasing the repeat rate? This sometimes help if you type too quickly for your keyboard.
If this doesnt solve it, the BIOS sometimes has a setting Typematic rate this can be adjusted to increase keyboard sensitivity too.
