It's possible memory is being used by other applications on the phone.
First make sure to turn on and off your phone. If you're still having memory issues, delete files on the phone that you don't need or want anymore (like photos, videos, music files, ringtones, etc.)
If you don't want to delete any files, you can also purchase a microSD card, insert it into your phone, and then use it to store more files on your phone.
If deleting a few files doesn't let you keep more messages, it's possible there is something wrong with your phone and you should go to your carrier's store to exchange it or have them fix it.
sir first take the back up of ur phone & try with master reset option of ur phone good luck
