The temp on the fridge keeps rising and falling anything from 21 to 4 when you try and reset the temp it just goes back to what it was before. I can take the butter out in the morning and its soft and by lunch time its hard to spread . Please advise me if there is any thing i can do . Also some times the water works other times nothing.

Sorry no solution but that is my problem also. All the posts I find bang on about the fridge side but I am not convinced as why is it affecting both sides?
I have taken apart the fridge side and defrosted it. Yes there was a build up of ice but by the amount it has been like that for a long time and not caused the problem I now have. I also changed the temp and fuse here, no difference.
Why if the problem is with one side does the other not still work?
Now thinking the power cut we had that preceded this problem has blown something on the circuit board.
I'll keep looking
I just had the same problem with my Samsung. OF means it is in demo mode. On my fridge I had to press "Energy Service" key and "Power Freeze" key simultaneously for at least 3 seconds to bring the fridge out of demo mode. Hope this helps.....
try to turn off the freezer and adjust the temp. settings to a minimum.. Make it 20 minutes for your fridge to turn off before you turn it on. If the temp. keeps on rising, refer to your freezer manufacturer to repair the thermostat inside of it.
I had a similar problem, paid a technician $90 to tell me to defrost the entire unit for 15-20 hours, and now it works like new. It is supposed to self defrost, but with poor circulation in the freezer (simply caused by too much stuff in there) the unit frosts up. This caused a rising temp in the freezer leading to inconsistent temps.
Anyone reading this with a similar issue, save your money and defrost it overnight. You should see a pool of water in the bottom of the freezer after defrost if this was the problem.
the fridge will run until it reaches the temp. there should be a differential of 2 degrees so when the temp rises by 2 degrees the fridge should restart so you will need to make sure the differential is set to 2 degrees celcius on controller
