Fujitsu offers the files you'll need directly from their website. I have included the link here for you.
Just enter your model number, configuration number or your serial number, and it will show you all the files you'll need. However, when I tried to enter your serial number, it came back as an invalid serial number. Please check it again, or try entering the model number instead.
If this doesn't help, then please take a screenshot of your device manager, and i'll be able to provide more assistance. I would also be happy to provide premium assistance for you, and be able to direct you easier in there.
