How do I install from the CD?
Two installation options are available when installing the software and drivers from the product CD. The recommended install installs everything your device requires to work, including a suite of software recommended for your installation. The custom install allows you to choose what software to install.
The recommended install is designed to work for most users.
Use the custom install only if you have one of the following reasons:
-
Low hard disk space on the computer.
-
You do not want the additional software.
-
Errors occur during the recommended installation.
NOTE:
If errors occur during the recommended install, fix them before doing a custom install.
