LG Vu CU920. When sending a text message and tap the "send to" button, it brings up the contact list. At the top of the list is a box with 3 contacts in it in no particular order. I would think this would be a frequency thing but it is not. Does anyone know how to delete or change these 3 contacts? I deleted them from the main contacts list but it left their phone numbers without their names in the box.

Open the phone and click the Menu button. Note the center keypad above the numerical keys can click up, down, left and right.

Click the center keypad left until you see the "Messaging" option.
Click "New Message."Click "Text Message."


Enter the telephone number of the person (or people) you wish to send the message to. You can also select people from your contact list by clicking "Add" and then clicking "From Contacts." Select the contacts you wish to text by clicking "Mark" and then click "Done" when everyone has been selected.

Click down until you are in the "Text" box. Type in the message you wish to send. Click "Send."

all you do is go onto messaging then creat message then click message then it should go to a white screen with the dotted lines and you can just slide it open write your message click send then type in their number or click contact then find the contact click on it then click send

The first time you send a message you may have to enter it manually, but after that, when you press send, a list of all recent numbers will be listed above your contact list, and you simply check off the one you want.

Go into a new text message and hit the "send to" option. Scroll down to the first name above the line and hit the "options" button. Scroll down and select "Recent messages" and choose whoever from that list that you'd like to be your top 3. I actually just sent all three of mine a blank text, but when I went back to the "send to" list voila! MORE INFO: I tried all kinds of things to remove names from my top three recipients list. What ended up working was to send a text to multiple recipients at once. Two was enough. But it was important who I selected first. I sent a message to my wife and my friend. My wife's name got added back to my top three! Then I reversed and sent a message to my friend and to my wife. His name got added back!
