Question about Gateway Computers & Internet
Do you have access to another computer? (you must have to write this email).
Download it to that machine, get yourself a pen drive (those little USB memory sticks) copy the file onto it, and then plug it into your machine.
Depending on the size of the file, you might be able to get away with a floppy disk.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll down network adapters + expand Ethernet driver if you see a yellow ? ! question or exclamation mark or red x means you need to install/update driver right click to install driver
this will vary depending on your operating system
the driver could be on the motherboard disk or the one supplied by your ISP internet service supplier or you might need to download it
