Do you have access to another computer? (you must have to write this email).
Download it to that machine, get yourself a pen drive (those little USB memory sticks) copy the file onto it, and then plug it into your machine.
Depending on the size of the file, you might be able to get away with a floppy disk.
click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll down network adapters + expand Ethernet driver if you see a yellow ? ! question or exclamation mark or red x means you need to install/update driver right click to install driver
this will vary depending on your operating system
the driver could be on the motherboard disk or the one supplied by your ISP internet service supplier or you might need to download it
