To Get PUK Code please call your service provider (customer care) ask them for PUK code &adn you can not make call from your number you should use your friends or any relative number which is belongs to you service provider or which is belongs to your same network provider e.g If your using Vodafone then you should call from Vodafone sim to vodafone customer care they will provide you the PUK COde.

I Believe what you need is a PUK code for your mobile phone.

A PUK code is usually required when you have entered your pin code or lock code into your phone several times incorrectly, Thus locking your phone and then it asks for a PUK code.
The PUK code for your phone can be obtained from your mobile service provider, EG..... Vodafone.
So if Vodafone is your service provider ring Vodafone...etc.

They will provide you with the PUK code which you can enter into your phone via the keypad.

To get your PUK Code you should Call costumer care (Service Provider) And Ask Them For PUK Code They will give you the PUK Code.
You can not call From your Mobile so use the your friend or any relatives number which belongs to your service provider's network & call them & ask PUK Code they will give you.
or visit your network provider center for example if your using Vodafone Sim Then Visit Vodafone Stores (Vodafone Care) they will provide you the PUK Code.

the puk or the pin unlock key is when you entered the wrong pin on the phone more than 3 times. To unlock it, you better call the customer service of your provider, which is vodafone, and ask for your puk. Accessing your puk is free. The vodafone site has an option to access the puk, just visit the vodafone site (example, if your from australia, vodafone.com.au then click on self service, then click on manage mobile settings online (including PUK), then click on learn more to activate your sim card using your PUK.
There are 3 ways to accessing your puk: the first is thru online: Register and/or login at My Vodafone. Once you've logged in, navigate to the My Vodafone menu (top of screen) and select 'My Phone Setup' then 'Settings Summary'. The PUK code is located under Mobile Information
second is thru email, on the contact us section provided on the site of vodafone
third is thru contacting vodafone.
once you have your PUK, enter the code on the phone, then you will be prompted to enter your chosen pin (4-8 characters) then re-enter your chosen pin then your phone should be working.
please take note that some motorolla and sagem phone require you to enter **05* before the PUK code.

Your PUK code can be obtained by contacting your network service provider. For example, if the SIM card was issued by Vodafone you would need to contact Vodafone for the PUK code.

PUK refers to Personal Unblocking Key. This is a Code which is offered only by Service Provider. There is NO charge. Call up Vodafone and ask for the same and they would be glad to offer that.

you need to contact your mobile service provider for them to give you the code to reactivate your simcard, or if you stillhave the simcard holder the PUK code should be on the back of the card.

Hi in sg the puk code can be found by asking your mobile operator ie: if you bought sim card from vodafone, just call them up and tell them you need the puk code for your sim.
