My daughter was playing the Assassins Creed: Brotherhood on the Xbox 360 one day, and the game froze. When she took it out of the Xbox console, there was a ring scratched into the back of the CD. I'm asking if you can fix the problem, or replace it. It is a Collectors Edition. Also when i received the game, after I pre-ordered it, it was suppose to come with an exclusive character, the Harlequin, but it was not there. I would appreciate it if anybody can help me with my problems, Sincerely, Maria

The ring that happens on the discs is irreversible and is fatally damaging to the disk. your disk is gone. as for the harlequin character that should have been a code either on your receipt from GameStop or other retailer or on a piece of paper inside the game box.

You may want to to contact ubi soft directly and if you have the reciept and all the original packaging they may be able to make sure you get the Harlequin. as for the scratch I would take it to your local game stop and see if a good cleaning will do it. There are also scratch doctors you can buy that will help this as well.

Xbox won't read
If your Xbox 360 will not play your games this is because of the sensors on the back of the drive overheating it is not normally the laser.

Luckily you can fix this yourself and get back to your games and to do this you need the proven Xbox 360 Repair guide.

Or you can send it in and they will fix it for you the repair will take about 4 weeks.
