Question about Samsung Cell Phones
You will need to turn the phone off for two minutes. And then turn it back on. If this doesn't work, then try doing a hard reset which returns the phone to manufacturer settings. You will lose all contacts and data by doing a hard reset. Make sure contacts are copied down. You will need to reprogram your phone after hard reset. If this doesn't work then you will need to visit a repair center. There is a nominal charge for diagnostic and repair if this issue with your phone is still freezing up if you do not have any repair insurance on your phone line. Hope this helps.
