Re: Mouse right click broken.
I too have the same issue but it is intermittent. As a temporary work around, I set up the side button to act as a left click. I have yet to find a way to get the mouse apart to see what's up and at $65 to replace, I don't want to bust it completely.
Regards
My right click works. But very erradically. I will right click on it, and depending on which program I'm using, you'd expect this to open up an option box right? Well it does so, but I get the option box flashing at me, as though the button were set to 'strobe light.' It's not that simple, obviously, it seems like it has to be pressed down *just right* in order to make it not do this, but it seems like there's a wire in there or something that's out of alignment. It makes clicking and dragging with the right mouse button especially frustrating.
using a Logitech mouse, six months old or so, right-click is broken!
also pointer-hand doesn't always - or even usually - show up when I mouse-over a hot-link.
not limited to any particular site in browser, all Firefox seems to show this.
also happening in my Calendar - Mac OS-X, Leopard. New MacBook Pro.
help!
