I would suggest that contact the dealer from whom you purchased the oven or call any number listed on the model tag of the oven.

I have this NN-C780P Microwave/Convection Oven. The microwave mode is not working and baking was ok until recently, the turntable cannot rotate when the temperature, timing and baking are ok.
When I bake, there are knocking sound.
Please advise.

Yes, you are correct. The membrane switch for this model was discontinued. The correct part number for the membrane switch is A630Y5460HAP for model NN 9859.
