Just recharge your account with a gprs pack . then ask your provider for setting and install it and make it as the default connection.then ask the service provider for the aacess point name then replace the access point name in the (settings-> connctivity->packet data->access point->edit access point ->now type the acess point ) save and restart your phone i beleive your phone now get the youtube
