Question about iRiver H320 MP3 Player
My h320 suddenly went white when trying to charge it. try to charge it but kept getting extremely hot. I tried replacing the battery same result very hot wont boot up only on one occasion it booted up all the files are still on the hard drive so I copy and pasted to save my files. What can I do to save the player ?
Well since you copied your files..........now copy the iriver software (hidden too) and paste to a temp file (folder) on pc...fortmat the 320 now place the software back onto it from the temp file........and put 2 or 3 songs unto it also (to make sure it was done correct)..press play if all is well...include all your files back on to it.......a little bit late but feel free to rate the help

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
