The front lcd screen on

The front lcd screen on my LG 8700(Shine) has been broken, I am certainly not interested in shipping my phone off to the manufacturer and be slapped with a hefty 200$ repair bill as a student. I have purchased a replacement screen, and am simply looking to do just that, replace it. I am simply unsure of how to proceed with the opening of the front casing. A starting point would be appreciated.
