What is the slave setting... I think it might be the top second to the right and bottom second to the right. Not sure though. Can anyone solve this?

What is the nutral position sinle jumper settings

Jumper Settings: The Western Digital hard drive is factory set for single drive installation. Western Digital hard drives are shipped with a jumper in the neutral storage position (across pins 5 and 3) for future dual drive use. If you are installing the Western Digital hard drive as the only hard drive in your system, leave the jumper in the neutral storage position. Jumpers are not required for single hard drive installations.
